Thank you for considering the Spotted Cow as a function venue.
The Spotted Cow was first licensed in 1892. Formally known as ‘The Lucona Hotel’, it was originally renovated and renamed ‘The Spotted Cow’ in 1990. Purchased by Michael and Dianne Coorey in 1995 who already had 15 years of catering experience , it is now run as a family business with their son, Phillip.
The Cow has now just undergone its third major renovation after a very successful refurbishment in 2005 which saw the hotel awarded best redeveloped hotel by the Queensland Hotels Association.
Combining five state of the art function areas with our highly trained staff – we are now extremely confident at the Spotted Cow that your event will run smoothly and be memorable for you for years to come.
